Believers are the inhabitants of paradise since they believe in the verses of Quran and the prophets.

Disbelievers are the inhabitants of hell since they disbelieve in the verses of Quran and the prophets.

Al-Hadid 57:19

وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦٓ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلصِّدِّيقُونَۖ وَٱلشُّهَدَآءُ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ وَنُورُهُمْۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَحِيمِ

English – Sahih International

And those who have believed in Allah and His messengers – those are [in the ranks of] the supporters of truth and the martyrs, with their Lord. For them is their reward and their light. But those who have disbelieved and denied Our verses – those are the companions of Hellfire.

English – Sahih International

আর যারা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসূলদের প্রতি ঈমান আনে, তারাই তাদের রবের নিকট সিদ্দীক ও শহীদ। তাদের জন্য রয়েছে তাদের প্রতিফল এবং তাদের নূর। আর যারা কুফরী করে এবং আমার আয়াতসমূহ অস্বীকার করে, তারাই জাহান্নামের অধিবাসী।
