MA’-MALKAT-AY-MA’NUKUM (مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَـٰنُكُمْ) – A LIE AND DECEPTION

[Q. 4:23]

“Sanctioned (hurrimat حُرِّمَتْ) to you are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father’s sisters, your mother’s sisters, your brother’s daughters, your sister’s daughters, your mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives’ mothers, and your step-daughters under your guardianship of your wives unto whom you have gone in. But if you have not gone in unto them, there is no sin upon you. And the wives of your sons who are from your loins, and that you gather between the two sisters, except what is past. Surely, God is Forgiving – Merciful”.

[Note: Save the term hurrimat (حُرِّمَتْ), which should be termed as being ‘Sanctioned’ as opposed to be literal meaning, ‘Prohibited’, the traditional rendition on Q. 4:23 seems acceptable. Therefore, the translation from Sahih International is cited in this context. However, the following presentation of the true rendition of Q. 4:24 -25 is set to expose traditional concoction and twist on the terms called ma’-malkat-ay-ma’nukum (مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَـٰنُكُمْ), changing Kala’m-Allah upside-down].

[Q. 4:24]

“And the chaste women, except what you possess by your oath, according to God’s decree upon you. And it is lawful for you what is beyond that you seek with your money as being chaste– not being slandered. So, whatever you enjoyed with it from them, then give them their due as an obligation. And there is no blame on you in what you are pleased with it after the obligation. Surely, God is Knowing Wise”.

[Q. 4:25]

“And whoever among you cannot long that to get married to the chaste believing women, then from what you possess by your oath of your believing girls. And God knows about your faith. Some of you of each other.

So, marry them, with the permission of their family, and give them their due in honourable way as being chaste – not being slandered and not adopting deceit.

So, when they are protected, then if they come with indecency, then they shall have half of the torment what would have been due on the chaste women. That is for those among you who fear the curse. And it is better for you to be patient. And God is Forgiving Merciful.
