1.         The locations and movements of stars, which manifest themselves in space;

2.         And the Revolution, the occurrence of which has been repeatedly promised (in the Quran);

3.         And this Rasool who stands witness to the occurrence of this Revolution and the very system whose establishment and stability is being assured.

4-5.      All the above bear testimony to the fact that people who oppose this system, to the extent that they are  preparing to wage war to annihilate it, will ultimately perish. With their planning they are digging trenches and igniting the fire of discord (in them).

6.         They are sitting firmly over their programme.

7.         They also watch, as outsiders, what other people are planning and doing against the Jamat-ul-Momineen.

8.         They want to avenge Momineen, for no reason other than the fact that they (the Momineen) have professed Eiman in Allah the Almighty, Who is worthy of all Hamd (5:59; 22:40);

9.         (Eiman in the One) Whose power and authority spread over the entire universe, the heavens and earth; and He watches over everything.

[1] আমি প্রমাণ হিসাবে ছায়াপথে পূর্ণ মহাবিশ্বকে উদ্ধৃত করছি [2] এবং প্রতিশ্রুত বিপ্লবের দিন [3] এবং যে কেউ বিপ্লবের দিন এবং সেদিন যা কিছু প্রত্যক্ষ করে তা প্রত্যক্ষ করে। [4] ধ্বংস হয় তারা যারা বিশ্বকে ঘৃণা ও ধ্বংসের আগুনে পরিপূর্ণ করে তোলে [6] এবং তারা এই পরিস্থিতি এড়ানোর জন্য কিছুই না করে সেখানে বসে থাকে [7] এবং যারা শান্তির জন্য কাজ করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ ছিল তাদের সাথে যা করা হয়েছিল তার সাক্ষী ছিল। [8] অধিকন্তু, তারা পরাক্রমশালী, পরাক্রমশালী, যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের সার্বভৌমত্বের মালিক [৯] শান্তির জন্য কাজ করার অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ ব্যতীত অন্য কোন কারণে তাদের নির্যাতন করত এবং আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ে সাক্ষী

10.        (Tell them that) For those who persecute Momin men and women, without making any amends thereafter, there will be burning chastisement – which reduces everything to ashes.

11.        On the other hand, for those who profess Eiman in the truthfulness of the Divine Laws and work on the invigorating programme suggested by it (in this world as well in the hereafter), there shall be a life of Jannat, the freshness of which will never fade away. This certainly is a great achievement.

12.        (Tell these opponents not to be obstinate because) The grip of Allah’s Law of Mukafat is very severe !

13.        He creates everything from its beginning and then, passing it through various stages of evolution, takes it to its destined completion.

14.        He protects all things in the universe from destructive elements, because He wishes them to become what they are destined to be (thus taking His programme to its completion).

15.        For this purpose He has kept the central control, which is extremely powerful and exalted, in His own Hands.[10] যারা পুরুষ ও মহিলাদের নির্যাতন করে যাঁরা শান্তির জন্য কাজ করতে প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ এবং থেমে যায় না ও সংস্কার হয় না, তারা নিজেদের তৈরি করা বিরল কষ্টে নরকের মধ্যে শেষ হবে। [11] যাঁরা শান্তির জন্য কাজ করতে প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ এবং শান্তি অর্জনের জন্য উপকারক কাজ করেন, তাঁদের জন্য নদীর ধারের উদ্যান হবে, যা সবচেয়ে বড় সফলতা হবে। [12] নিশ্চিতভাবে আপনার প্রভুর সব বিষয়ের ওপর দখল যথাযথ। [13] তিনিই সকল কিছুর উত্পত্তি দিয়েছেন এবং তাকে পুনরুত্পাদন করেন। [14] তিনিই মানবজাতির জন্য করুণাবান, মানবতার প্রতি প্রেমে পূর্ণ, [15] মহিমার সিংহাসনের একমাত্র মালিক।

16.        Only His authority and discretion prevail in the universe. It is according to these attributes that He devises Laws for the universe and ensures their accomplishment.  No one else can interfere in this. He alone decides what Law should be made for which thing.  (These unchangeable Laws, which Allah the Almighty makes in the realm of Amar by His absolute authority, are called His Mashiyyat.)

17.        (His Law is also in force in the human world in the form of the Law of Mukafat.  As evidence that this Law is in fact in force) He has narrated episodes of those who came with large armies to oppose the Divine Laws; (namely)

18.        The people of Pharaoh and the tribe of Thamud (and the pages of history bear testimony to what happened to them).

19.        (Therefore O Rasool) Tell these people that those who violate and belie Our Laws;

20.        (That) This Law surrounds them from all sides.

21.        They do not know that  the Divine Code, the Quran, which they oppose is indeed sublime. 

22.        In order to preserve and keep it safe from extraneous effects, it has been inscribed upon an imperishable tablet. (It is preserved as a Divine writ in the universe as well as in the pages of the Quran. Therefore nobody can efface it ~ 56:78.)

                        (The unalterable Law of Allah the Almighty, whether it pertains to the physical universe or to the human world, can never be obliterated. The first category is the Law of Nature and the second the Quranic Code of life. Both are safely preserved ~ 15:9.)

[১৬] এবং তাঁর নিজের পরিকল্পনার কার্যকরকারী। [১৭] আপনি কি ফরা’ওর যোদ্ধাদের [১৮] এবং থামুদদের গল্প শোনে নি? [১৯] তবুও তাঁর নির্দেশনার বিরোধীরা নিজেদের জন্য যা সঠিক ও ভালো, তা অস্বীকার করতে জোর দেন, [২০] যদিও আল্লাহ তাঁদের চারপাশে ধরেছেন। [২১] নিশ্চিতভাবে এই কোরআন মহিমান্বিত [২২] সংরক্ষণের জন্য একটি বইরূপে লিপিবদ্ধ।

সর্বশেষ স্বচ্ছ, একাডেমিক এবং যৌক্তিক অনুবাদ:

নক্ষত্রপুঞ্জে ভরা মহাবিশ্ব (আস-সামাই – السماء) পর্যবেক্ষণ করুন (আল-বুরুজ – البروج), এবং সেই বিস্ময়কর সময়/পর্যায়ের কথা চিন্তা করুন (আল-ইয়ুম – الیوموم) যা আগত হবে বলে প্রতিশ্রুত (আল-মাও’উদ – الموعود), এবং যারা এটি প্রত্যক্ষ করবে এবং যা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে এবং যা প্রত্যক্ষ করা হবে। প্রকৃতপক্ষে, যারা মানবজাতিকে বিভিন্ন দল/শ্রেণী/স্তরে বিভক্ত করেছিল (আশব-উল-আখদুদ – اصحاب الاخدود) অবশেষে শত্রুতার একই জ্বলন্ত আগুনে (আন-নারি ধাতিল-উকুদ – النارِ ذات الوقود) ধ্বংস হয়ে গেছে। শান্তি ও বিশ্বাসের লোকদের বিরুদ্ধে তারা যা কিছু করছে সে সম্পর্কে তারা সচেতন ছিল। ঈমানদার লোকদের বিরুদ্ধে তাদের প্রতিশোধের কোন যুক্তি ছিল না, কেবল ঈশ্বরের উপর তাদের বিশ্বাসের বিরোধিতা করা ছাড়া যিনি সর্বোচ্চ কর্তৃত্বের অধিকারী এবং অত্যন্ত প্রশংসিত, সমগ্র বিশ্ব ও পৃথিবীর শাসক। ঈশ্বর নিজেই সময়ের সাথে সাথে যা কিছু ঘটতে থাকে তার সাক্ষী। বস্তুতঃ যারা ঈমান ও শান্তির লোকদেরকে এককভাবে বা দলবদ্ধভাবে (আল-মুমিনাত – المومنین و المومنات) দুঃখ-কষ্ট ও দুঃখ-কষ্টের দিকে ঠেলে দেয় এবং শেষ পর্যন্ত এ পাপ থেকে সরে আসেনি, তাদের শাস্তি জাহান্নাম- অনুশোচনা ও বঞ্চনার আগুনে চিরস্থায়ী দগ্ধ হওয়ার শাস্তি (আযাআবুল হারিক-عذاب الحریق)। আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং গঠনমূলক ও সংস্কারমূলক কাজ করেছে (‘আমিলু আস-সালিহাত- عملوا الصالحات), তাদের জন্য পূর্ণ সুরক্ষা ও আনন্দের জীবন অপেক্ষা করছে যেখানে তারা তাদের কমান্ডের অধীনে থাকবে (তাহতি-হা – تحتھا) কাঙ্ক্ষিত সমস্ত কিছুর প্রবাহমান প্রাচুর্য (আল-আনহার – الانہار)। এটা হবে অনেক বড় অর্জন। নিশ্চয়ই তোমার পালনকর্তার গলা টিপে ধরা অত্যন্ত কঠোর। তিনিই কেবল সৃষ্টি করেন না, পুনরুত্থিত করেন (ইউ’ইদ – یعید)। তিনি অভিভাবক (আল-গাফুর-الغفور) এবং স্নেহময় (আল-ওদুদ – الودود)। তিনি একটি গৌরবময় ডোমেনের মালিক এবং তাঁর ইচ্ছামত কাজ করার সর্বোচ্চ ক্ষমতা রয়েছে।
ফারোয়া বাহিনী ও ছামুদ গোত্রের লোকদের ঘটনা কি তোমাদের কাছে পৌঁছায়নি? যদিও সত্যকে অস্বীকারকারীরা এটাকেও অস্বীকার করবে, তবুও আল্লাহ তাদের অজান্তেই তাদের ঘিরে রেখেছেন (ওয়ারাঈ-হিম- ورائھم)। তারা যে ঘটনাগুলো অস্বীকার করে তা সুমহান কিতাব থেকে নেয়া, যা ঝলমলে আলোয় জ্বলজ্বল করে (লাউহিন-لوح) পূর্ণ সুরক্ষিত (মাহফুজ-محفوظ)।
