There is no point for disappointment in this world if we recognise the blessings of Allah pondering over this  mesmerising verse of interrogation!

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? (55:13)

Allah is posing the same question to us over and over attaching greatest importance to it. Have we ever thought of an answer for this multiple times asked question !

Every little thing in this Duniya is a Blessing for the believer! ( as long as we are obedient to Him)
Hereafter is a Blessing for the believer!(because of the greatest of all blessings Jannah)

Everything within the world and the hereafter is a blessing for the believers!
( Believers’ status is too high! Thay are valued, dignified, and cared for)

Are we really grateful for all these blessings/gifts? We still have not developed the trait of gratefulness in our characters?

Which even the smallest of the blessing will you deny? Can you count the number of blessings?
ALHAMDULILLAH for the smallest and greatest blessings!

(Oxygen! How small of a blessing we think of oxygen is! Covid-19’s appearance helped us realize that this very little invisible blessing can be a dire need)

Now, this gratefulness can also be shown to a person who does something for us. Be it friends /relatives/colleagues/ maids , we should  always say thanks or at least smile at them for the little favour they have done to us even if it seems too small of a help or too insignificant!

No doubt it should be expressed to all His creation as well! For example, assume that you are keeping a bird in a cage, feeding it everyday. How is it doing favour to you? You are keeping the bird because it is a source of pleasure for you. This pleasure you are seeking from it is a blessing.
How can you remain grateful to a small creature like bird!! Just love it with all your heart. Love is another form of gratefulness.

Lesson : Gratefulness is one of the important characteristics of the believers. Let’s instill it into our hearts! Let’s be humble! Let’s feel that a heart filled with gratitude can hold no disappointment, resentment , dissatisfaction, and regrets.
