আর আমি তাদের পেছনে মারইয়াম পুত্র ঈসাকে পাঠিয়েছিলাম তার সম্মুখে বিদ্যমান তাওরাতের সত্যায়নকারীরূপে এবং তাকে দিয়েছিলাম ইনজীল, এতে রয়েছে হিদায়াত ও আলো এবং (তা ছিল) তার সম্মুখে অবশিষ্ট তাওরাতের সত্যায়নকারী, হিদায়াত ও মুত্তাকীদের জন্য উপদেশস্বরূপ।
And We sent in their footsteps Jesus, son of Mary, affirming what was between his hands of the Torah. And We gave him the Gospel, in it is a guidance and a light, and affirming what was between his hands of the Torah, and a guidance and a lesson for the righteous.
